A critical component of the project involved designing and installing 22 custom stainless-steel enclosures within the sandstone retaining wall. These enclosures house the LED drivers and control equipment, protecting them from weather exposure while allowing practical access for ongoing maintenance. This approach ensured the system remained both functional and serviceable without compromising the visual design. At the centre of the installation are 22 steel feature rings, each fitted with a custom flexible LED strip along the inner edge. This creates a soft, consistent glow that enhances the shape of the structure and provides a refined lighting effect at night without being intrusive.

Crown Electrical Solutions overcame the challenges of delivering lighting within a complex public infrastructure environment by designing a fully integrated and highly durable system. Through custom fabrication, detailed coordination with the project’s civil and landscape contractors, and careful planning, we ensured the installation remained protected, maintainable, and performed reliably in demanding outdoor conditions.
