This project was envisioned as a landmark mixed-use development in the thriving Gregory Hills Business Precinct; a sophisticated commercial precinct that seamlessly combined retail, business tenancies and smart infrastructure in one future-ready design. They required electrical and technology systems that would support current operations while remaining scalable and discreet as the development evolves.
The project’s complexity quickly became apparent: coordinating electrical and technology services across multiple tenancies and retail frontages, each with distinct requirements; ensuring energy efficient lighting and high-level security in a busy precinct; and delivering advanced infrastructure without disrupting architectural aesthetics or tenant operations. Timing was critical, and the integrated systems needed to allow for smooth tenant onboarding and future growth. These challenges risked impacting the project timeline, as well as current and future tenancy.
Crown Electrical Solutions rose to the challenge by designing, supplying and installing a comprehensive suite of systems; from foundational electrical infrastructure and energy efficient lighting to CCTV networks, access control and integrated security. Working closely with the builder and all project partners to coordinate workflows and ensure minimal disruption, Crown Electrical Solutions built from the ground up with scalability and future proofing in mind.
Post occupancy, Crown continues to support The Hub with tenant fit outs, technology upgrades and ongoing maintenance of electrical, security and audio-visual systems.
