This property was envisioned as a waterfront sanctuary with seamless indoor‑outdoor living and state‑of‑the‑art automation. Palm tree and landscape lighting plus power provision to the sea jetty was a key requirement, ensuring the home’s functionality extended beyond the shoreline. Inside, the owners sought systems that supported sophisticated lighting design, immersive home entertainment, intuitive cabinetry lighting control and distributed audio. This was a highly complex project involving the coordination of DALI light control with tunable temperature, custom neon flex LED strip lighting accents and reed switch cabinetry control in multiple zones; the integration of a hidden in‑cabinet home theatre projector and full audio distribution throughout living spaces; and palm tree and landscape lighting that elevated the exterior ambience.

Crown Electrical Solutions rose to the challenge by designing and installing a bespoke suite of electrical and smart home systems. From foundational power infrastructure for the waterfront and jetty, to DALI‑controlled lighting scenes, and accent LED lighting on the staircase and in the shower, we worked closely with interior designers, builders and landscape teams to create a future-ready home with scalability and intuitive control in mind.
